In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit w665's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the player's w665 account in accordance with the following provisions:

• Player-initiated closure: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting w665 support via live chat. Upon verification of identity, the account will be closed and any real-money balance (net of any uncleared bonus obligations) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.
• w665-initiated closure: w665 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, identity misrepresentation, or ineligibility.
• Where w665 closes an account due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.
• Where an account is closed at the player's request for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion), w665 will return the real-money balance promptly and will not contact the player with promotional material during the exclusion period.

w665 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to all amendments:
